(500 ml) Located in SYV, Viña Loriente has about ninety olive trees of the Spanish Manzanilla Variety. They produce small quantities of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, aka AOVE (Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra) in Spanish chefs' parlance. Sweet and aromatic, and is also very rich in tyrosol, a powerful polyphenolic antioxidant. Specially recommended for all Mediterranean dishes, salads and raw foods; drizzle it on hot vegetable purees, use in gazpacho, or simply enjoy it - as part of a good Spanish breakfast - on toast.
